## **PRÉPARATION**

- NaCl 0,9 %
- G5 %

### **Mode d’administration**

- IVD : En bolus suivant le poids. Administration sur 2 minutes.
- PSE : 100 mg dans 50 ml, soit 2 mg/ml.

## **POSOLOGIE**

| **Bolus de 0,3 mg/kg a passer sur 2 minutes, puis 0,3 mg/kg/h en IVSE.** |

## **EFFETS SECONDAIRES ET SURVEILLANCES**

- Monitorage
- Manifestation vasodilatatrice : céphalées, malaise, palpitation, vertiges, bouffées vasomotrices et œdèmes des membres inférieurs.
- Surveillance ECG étroite. Atropine si bradycardie.
- Hypotension artérielle, bradycardie, BAV.
- Potentialise l’action myorelaxante des curares.
